The Eastbournian Society is delighted for the first time to invite you to the thanksgiving service and reception for your children as they begin their journey to the end of their school career when formal lessons finish and their exam season gets more fully underway.
There will be a Chapel service organised and conducted by the pupils from 3.20pm to 4.00pm followed by time for them to take part in various informal photo opportunities with our photographer.
There will then be a drinks reception between 5.00pm and 6.00pm in the functions rooms in the Winn Building (enter via Reception) where there will be a short presentation by the Eastbournian Society to remind this new cohort of Old Eastbournians and their parents (who are also members of the ES) of the work we do which might help them in the future.
Tim’s, the College café, will be open between 4.00pm and 5.00pm.
Apparently, viewers retain 95 per cent of a message when they watch it on video, compared to ten per cent when reading it, so we thought that we would put this to the test!
